Current launch status

Ankiboy is launching at A$150 plus shipping. We are collecting expressions of interest. Registering interest does not take payment or reserve a unit.

Shipping costs and a dispatch estimate will be confirmed before payment. No dispatch date is currently promised; delivery options for your country will be confirmed before you pay.

Order policy information

References below to checkout, payment, dispatch and refunds concern paid orders. Orders are not currently open. Existing order terms and applicable rights are unchanged.

Processing time

Processing estimates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. If your order will take longer than the stated estimate, we will email you.

Shipping & tracking

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. You will receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

Customs & duties

Applicable taxes, import charges and who pays them will be confirmed before payment. Where we are required to collect tax at the point of sale, it will be included in the order total. Overseas delivery is subject to destination and carrier availability.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your device arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support with your order number and we will make it right.
