Can I use my existing language decks?
Yes. Compatible vocabulary, sentence, character recognition and other language decks sync through AnkiDroid and AnkiWeb.
Does Ankiboy support Japanese or Chinese decks?
The important thing is how your own cards look and work on the screen. Ask us to check a typical card, especially if you use detailed characters, small text, audio or typed answers.
Will my review scheduling stay the same?
Yes. AnkiDroid continues to handle all scheduling. Ankiboy adds physical controls and focused software around the same spaced repetition system you already use.
What about audio or typed answers?
If audio or typed answers are part of your routine, tell us about your cards and any accessories you use. We’ll check that setup on the device before you buy.
